I owned and operated a local business for 28 years before becoming a REALTOR® in 2010. Since then, I have quickly become one of the top producing agents in the Texarkana area, earning the Diamond Level ARA award for volume sales over $7 million dollars, an Platinum level ARA award for volume sales of over $6 MILLION, an MLS award for Most Cross Sales transactions in a single year, Quality Service Pinnacle Award, and was recently named the 2016 REALTOR® OF THE YEAR. This prestigious honor is given to REALTORS® who have displayed an exceptional commitment to our real estate industry through service and leadership at the local, state and national levels. I am an active and devoted member of the community and have an ongoing commitment to see its citizens fulfill their real estate needs. I am regularly involved in important causes such as the Special Olympics and Race for the Cure, and served as President of the Texarkana Board of Realtors in 2015. I am currently serving as the MLS chairperson for 2020 and a member of the board of directors for the Texarkana Board of Realtors.. I also serve on the board of directors for the New Boston Chamber of Commerce. I have been married 35 years to my wonderful husband David, and have two awesome children Catie Kilpatrick and Ben Willis.
